Social Media Coordinator (In-Office Only)

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance content creation with strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage social media content for multiple brands
  • Design graphics and edit video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Write captions that drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage posting schedules and content calendars
  • Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns
  • Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of social media marketing experience
  • Ability to create original content without using AI tools
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

This is a part-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
  • Assist with client communication and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
  • Support onboarding processes and internal workflows
  • Assist leadership with day-to-day operational tasks

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
  • Must be able to work on-site in Highland Village, TX
