Social Media Coordinator (In-Office Only)
We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance content creation with strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage social media content for multiple brands
- Design graphics and edit video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Write captions that drive engagement and conversions
- Manage posting schedules and content calendars
- Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of social media marketing experience
- Ability to create original content without using AI tools
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
This is a part-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available.
What You’ll Do
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Support onboarding processes and internal workflows
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
- Must be able to work on-site in Highland Village, TX
